All products sold on My Store are digital and delivered instantly via download link or email.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Because digital templates and planners cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered or accessed.
Exceptions
We will provide a replacement file or refund if:
- The file you received is corrupted or won't open
- You received the wrong product due to an error on our part
- You did not receive your download within 24 hours of purchase

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll resolve it promptly.
