Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once a file or template link has been accessed or downloaded.

• If you experience a technical issue (broken download link, corrupted file, duplicate charge), contact us at info@ikempirellc.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
• Refund requests made before a digital product has been downloaded/accessed may be granted at our discretion.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
